It doesn't look like Neo much from the side, however. I think his skin is too pale as well. Otherwise, a decent model!

Looking good so far..looks like you've got a few proportion issues on the face, width of the jaw and lower face, flow of the mouth into the chin, and very odd structure on the tip of the nose and nostril area. Also the ears don't seem to be ears. Minor things but noticeable. Bodywise it looks like the head is just a little too small. I think adding to the impression of paleness, besides the skin being pale already, is the extreme difference between the "5 o'clock shadow" and the rest of the face, it seems a bit exaggerated.

Anyway, great stuff, like how the coat is coming along and he should look very nice when finished. If you really tweak all the details out and pay close attention you could end up with a more convincing double than the movie. :D

Impressive.

My only observation/reservation are the corners of the mouth - they seem to exaggerate the width of the mouth unnecessarily but that's really just nit-picking.

If you decide to recast this guy in another 3D production my suggestion is fronting U2.
