View Full Version : Compositing a 3d image into a still image

I need to mix a 3d image of a neon sign I made in Lightwave into a still image (tif/jpg). I need to light the sign and have it interact with the photo as if it truly belongs and be realistic. I am thinking I have to do this Photoshop, but was wondering if there was a way to do it in lightwave. Since I have to light the sign and have it interact with the scene realistically. I have access to lightwve 9.3. Any help, advice, tutorials and comments appreciated.
