been working on a good cost effective system for Painter, Photoshop and illustrator... as well as some fun RTS's

im going from a:

P4 2.8 478 chip
Asus P4pe
2 gigs of ram
MSI x800 pro

Rosewill power supply - Absolutely NOT. Get a Corsair 520. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139001&Tpk=corsair%2b520%2bpower%2bsupply

780i Motherboard - Only if you want to spend a lot more than you need to. Get a p35 board like the Gigabyte P35-DS3L

I Absolutely Cant.. Did you even read your copy and paste ? $35 Vista.. $109 case fan.. $70 Q9300..? gotta love the $8 motherboard.

And since your looking probably looking for opinions/suggestions on this build.. Id'a really worked ya if you hadn't listed those cables, adapters and extensions

Whoops ... Fixed it .. took out the majority of the non essential info ... its also lunch break .. WEEE!
