The topic of this work is cartoon. Given this topic, I start to brainstorm ideas and I asked myself, what is cartoon to me?
My first contact with cartoon are the disney princesses' stories. What i want to express is not the exaggerated, squash and stretch kind of cartoon, but the beautiful dreamy cartoon that i liked a lot since young. Why mona lisa? Personally, I can't really see the beauty in the painting mona lisa. "Princess mona" is to beautify mona lisa to my definition for aesthetics; sweet smile, round jewel eyes, small body and small hands.
