Rececently upon rigging a new character a coleague of mine suggested the setup machine2 for maya. So I loooked into it and I have to say it looks impressive. However, I have a body mesh that is seprate from the shoes, shorts, and head. How is this handled in the setup machine. What is the process? Jere

It's handled the same way as it is with a normal rig. You can keep 'em all separate. If you decide to add a mesh after the rigging process is complete, you can select the object and "add selected geometry", which will bind it onto your tsm rig.
