I got this really frustrating problem that brazil keeps giving me the error message below when i try to render something and it starts up the bucketing process. the computer i am using is daul p3 800's, radeon 8500 64mb, and 512mb of ram if that helps diagnose the problem. the scene is 3.2million faces. i am grateful for any help, and i need all of the 3.2million faces to show up.

On what settings is your image sampling ?
I have this error too when I set the image sampling above 0/4

i am using image sample rate of 3/4 but i think it also does it at 2/3 because i checked, my view rate in the luma server is 35, and my ray server is set to 7 reflected, and 7 refracted, and 14 total.

I'd have to repeat the recommendation that you try the support page off your account. The fishies rock when it comes down to solving problems quickly (I mean like within minutes :thumbsup: ).

However, I have seen this error before - the advice I got was to decrease my bucket size (32 or 16 from 64). Solved my problem!
