Hey cool reel :D Definitely on a good start with this! You know how to animate, and everything is pretty solid, but the biggest thing holding your reel back is interest. I get really bored watching boxes being pushed/lifted/kicked. The dialog at the end was great (idea too) but the other stuff just seemed like excersizes you did for class. Take the skills you have (and you DO have some skills) and try something more complicated! Good luck!

I had to listen without sound, so I couldn't hear any dialogue, but I wouldn't send that off as a demo reel with any intention of getting hired. Most places I'm sure wouldn't appreciate the blowjob thing...
Also you should keep your clips as whole pieces instead of cutting them up. I know they don't like that when a company checks out your reel. The animation is pretty good though, not many crits.
