Title: Standing in the wind
Name: Ryon On
Country: Hong Kong
Software: Painter, Photoshop
I would like to draw the back of a girl. So, this pose is developed. It took a bit long time for me to paint this cg. But finally, I feel that something is missing in the paint. Please advise your critique and comments.

Hmm... what seems to be wrong here is the proportions. You made the legs longer and torso like from frog perspective, but the position of legs, angle of hips deny it. The position itself seems stiff and unnatural. If you would change some tiny things this would be a great concept. What I would recommend is using a good reference. Some pros don't even start their work if they don't have a good references for poses, materials etc.
Hope it helps. :)

Hello, Mike~ Thanks for your kindly comments! After pointed out by you, I could see the same problem too~ Seems that I was too subjective while drawing this paint, so overlooked it.
Drawing with reference is a good suggestion too. Great help!! Thank you!
