v1.9

This is primarily a bug-fix release, with some maintenance changes.

- Fixed facet-parsing order bug

Some of the re-organizational changes in the v1.8 release caused a problem where if the facet records (polygons) had all 3 index types (vertex/tex vertex/normal vertex indices), the parsor would trigger too early and ignore the uv/texture indices. There may also have been similar problems with some of the other various facet formats. This should now be fixed. [My thanks to "rsquires" for pointing out this issue and sending me sample problem files]

- Fixed some cases where UVMapper Regions would be lost (spaces in names)

- Fixed another long-standing potential bug and/or memory-leak in export code.

- Additional internal structural changes (preparation of code as basis for the Pro version)

- Some non-standard material cleanup on export (my notes are sparse on this, so that's all I can say about it http://skinprops.com/e107_images/emotes/yellow2/smile.gif )
