Very nice irises and pupils.

I think, generally, you need to keep working on your shading/drawing. This is a good start, but still looks very 'smudged'. Now it's time to add some of those more subtle shade/colour differences to make it look completely realistic.

I'm not sure I agree with your poll. This forum is about discussing and improving each other's work; not rating it. But, if you want to have a poll, by all means, have a poll. ;)

To the green blanket.. could you sharpen it a bit and make it look like silk (shining and a blank surface)?
This is a really nice drawing especially because it was done without a graphic tablet.
Looking forward to the detailing.

PS: I´ve got an idea for the blanket.. maybe add the rest of the face to your existing layer and add some opacity to the blanket.

The blanket looks good and the leaves in the background give your picture an interesting feeling.
But what is the repeating thing at the left?

i dont think my creation should make you that anxious.
Actually i was thinking of the islamic culture in which the women are bound to stay in a burkha, i.e. they need to stay covered by not exposing any part of their body.
And green is a very pious color as per their religion.

I guess this image might help you out or you can study about their culture on the internet.

I hope now it clearifies abit. I was just thinking of a girl whose beauty is hidden under some drapes or a scarf, i could only work on her eyes.

And its still not complete, i'm working on the background.

I really like the pattern, it looks great. Suggestion: do something with her right eye - the pupil and iris there are much smaller then the left (her left) ones. It looks like beautiful work, keep it up

You nailed it with that pattern, it makes the image look much better... mind the comment about the right eye, it does look different than the other one...

One thing I-d like to point out. The skin looks great being smooth and all, but I think you should work on the hair, it[s too blurry, define it a little more... add a few lighting strokes?
