Depending on your interests, your models can be anything that you like. For characters: run over to Toy-R-Us and pick up some characters like Mcfarlins(sp?) stuff. Other thatn that vehicles are good all various types. Interesting models grap more attention though. Good Luck

Thanks. For the repsonse. So what's your opinion on having still model shots in your demo reel. Is it effective to do a complete rotation shot of you finished models?

several still shots help establish the model for the turn table. you want to show the future emplyer that you can animate basically and that you can show all angles...
