Title: Video Factory
Name: Clemens Sielaff
Country: Germany
Software: 3ds max, BodyPaint, CINEMA 4D, Photoshop
This is a still composed from my latest Demo Reel - its a factory for cartoony TV-Characters (in the truest sense) with the screens portraying several examples of my animations. I used Cinema4D for the factory and 3DsMax for some of the animations in the reel.
Guess it is not quite done by the book, but I read a lot about “telling stories” with your reel, so I tried to give it a continuous flow by making it one long shot, with the camera jumping from one screen to the next.
Yet, I have never seen a reel like this and honestly, I am not sure if it was a good idea – so I'd love to hear some critique from you professionals out there ;-)
Check it out at http://robomop.kilu.de/download.php?id=1
thx
