'Photo real' is all in the details, the imperfections, scratches, chips, crud in general.
It's very time consuming, just look at real life and copy every minute detail.

it looks pretty real. The signs and posters are odd though because they are to large. Perhaps some stupid motivationals or advertisments would be a better replacement. And that triangle thing looks weird, as in to big, but that might be a cultural thing.

the posters look like they are projected on the wall, or decals in the wall texture. real posters don't looklike that. that's the most glaring thing.

like what clanger said, its all in the detail. for example you should put some pins or sticky tape to hold up the posters. you should also tweek the lighting some more. the floor seems a little to bright for my likings.
