Does anyone have a successful way of making curly hair? Looking for a Orphan Annie curly hair kinda look!

Bend a spline around a cylinder and the extrude the geometry through that. Works in Maya :shrug:

Or, if you're using Maya (version 5), there are some nice Paint FX hair curls to speed up the process...
