Im trying to create a shock absorber on a vehicle im animating.
Does anyone have a good tutorial or know of a specific method for animating a spring?
My online searches have come up empty. Any suggestions?

never animated a spring but , if you remember the jack in a box tutorial in the learning maya book , the way you animate the spring of Jack can be applied to your spring too.
