Looks a good model so far...
There is only one thing that strikes me about it is that maybe the jawline could be curving up a bit more...seems a bit too shallow a curve at the moment. The inside of the nostrils could do with a bit more detail...its an area that not many people do - look in a mirror and tilt your head back then tilt the model back and you'll see what I mean. That is only a very minor quibble though.
Overall - looks good.
