Hey there, I highly recommend checking out this book:

http://www.amazon.ca/Artists-Complete-Guide-Drawing-Head/dp/0823003590

Additionally, I"m happy to move your thread to the Sketchbook section (http://forums.cgsociety.org/forumdisplay.php?f=200), where you are more likely to receive feedback from the community. :)

I think you should focus on structure and on the shading of basic forms first (sphere, cylinder, cube, etc.)

Try a master copy from the book I linked above, or from any portrait that you might find off of www.artrenewal.org or other artistic site.

does it look like any celebrity? in the world of tech perhaps? If anyone can recognize this person it'll mean I can sorta draw portraits...

I like the anime sketches but the highlights seem a little off. Maybe do some sketches of real eyes and try to break down what and where the real highlights are coming from. What are the shapes reflected in the eye. How does the dropshadow from the eyelid interact with the eye etc. then base your anime sketch on that and it might surprise you the results you'll get. Keep up with cool anime style.

Hey there, I really recommend this book for you:

http://www.amazon.com/Vilppu-Drawing-Manual-Glenn/dp/1892053039

It's great at explaining how to analyze form, which is something that we all have to work on with respect to drawing. Can't recommend this book enough, and would love to see you do studies from it.

Hey there, keep after the anatomy studies, and try taking them further than just the sketch stage. Also I really recommend doing some traditional studies if you can. Manga is cool, but will not teach you structure. Keep going.
