I think the Robot needs more weight-shifting from side to side as he walks.
Also, it feels like you're starting to get some weight by having the legs come down fast, but I may push that to be even faster...and perhaps make the steps a bit smaller and not pick his feet up so high.


Overall, it looks like you're off to a good start. I would still play around with timing and weight to get it feeling right.

Starting off pretty good, I have to agree with Zephyrpower that you do really need a weight shift happening from side to side. Also i would like to add that his head seems to be moving too much, especially at the end. This is a big hefty robot, you should have it act like one. For example, he steps hard then holds a solid pose, then steps hard and holds a solid pose. Give it a sense that it has power and strength. Big characters like which have more weight don't tend to float around with alot of secondary, just big weight shifts.

You could try yourself to walk around like this character to see what it feels like, imagine yourself being huge, take a wide stance with your feet and take those big powerful steps.
