Although I don`t like desing of this car, your model and render looks fantastic.

Hi,

You can not attach file higher than 30k , only way in my oppinion is to put a link to it.

For example, ... I have picture named F-117_05.jpg on 3dstudio.webz.cz/test/

so I write to IMG button, .. that`s all.

i have to agree to nosalis, opel really builds ugly cars. well, their not directly ugly or malformed, but they look like cheap mixtures of other car brands and just are nothing special

with your modelling skills (yes, thats the positive critics) you could have done a much nicer car ;) but this one rocks too! ill ignore the opel logo :P

It looks good to me, nothing that sticks out as wrong to me.

Nice job!

First I also don't like the new face (lights like from a ICE :p )

Some Crit:
Now to your car, the opel logo looks a litle bit wrong.
The corners of the grill are a litle bit to round.
There have to be a litle dent for the numbers plate.
It's hard to see that litle "break" in the midele of the car, could be the jpeg-compression of the file.

So, I would say U get 8,5 of 10 points :buttrock:

Have U more pics to show us?

cya.

I have seen this several times that modeling is done in Rhino and rendering in Max or Lighwave. This strikes me as curious. I know rendering in Rhino is not up to the high standards of Lightwave and Max but seeing this type of workflow leads to the conclusion that there must be something fantasic about Rhino to spend $800 for it just to do modeling. Is the modeling in Max and Lightwave that difficult?

Amazing stuff

Can't believe not so may people replied!

Some were saying that the design of the actual car sucks,

but I LOVE IT :xtreme:

Plus the modelling, material, lighting and all just look perfect!

great job cant really see much anything to crit

if anything the floor seems very flat, and where it steps up to another level, it just looks like a texture slapped onto it, and not really bricks

I'm not a huge fan of that type of car either, but I think your modelling and rendering skills are great!

And in defense of Rhino, it's worth every penny, plus you can use a student discount & get it for a lousy $300 :buttrock:

Hey Snoop, looks great, I'm wondering if you are the guy who wrote this tutorial

http://ru.meta3d.com/pr/modules.php?op=modload&name=Sections&file=index&req=viewarticle&artid=49&page=1

because, I'm pretty far into it, and I am stuck at one point, if you are the author, just let me know, and I can send you a screenshot of my problem (I don’t speak Russian, I'm just looking at the pictures :)

thanks
