thighs look too thin, and she has rather big boobs for a 17 yr old!! If its your preference, then its alright. Each to his own. :D

Its looking very promising. just need to tweak the anatomy a little. This site might help you out

The typical woman on TV is really very short. THough you may find asian women of this generation who are very tall, I think you wont find them in the centerfolds of asian mens magazines. my suggestions are these.

bring the breasts down to a national average for the culture in question

make her about 5 ft 6 inch at most with a nine inch tall head.

The asian head in comparison to the average caucasian head tends to be wider but less deep from front to back

from the side the asian models frame should be thinner than the caucasian counterpart, and I'd bring the butt in a bit.

I think that will do for a start

On the good side, The hands are looking very nice. ( the fingers are kind of narrow on the underside, Id watch that)

Also nothing is really far off, you would benifit to have some reference handy. photoreference or real people would help. Victorias Secret catalog and sports Illustrated make dynamite reference.

Heres an example:

Lots of good advice there, though Richy the head seems a touch big on your picture?

we are used to seeing stylized models 6 feet tall and over... If I put hair on here, she'll seem just right.

I measured my proportions carefully for a 5 ft 6 woman

update.
I made the breasts smaller,so that they look more fitter to her age.

I only have 2 crits on it now. The base thumb joint appears too high up on the thumb, might move it down and back a bit, not much though.
the other is the clavicle/collar bown. on most people, as it moves out closer to the deltoids, the muslce starts to cover it up a bit, so its not that defined.
