I'm not an AM student, nor have I ever been, but as I understand it Animation Mentor uses maya exclusively, which means there is no version of the AM rigs for Max, also they really DON'T want people giving away their rigs for free. So I doubt you'll find them anywhere online unless you sign up for AM

That being said, 11secondclub.com is a pretty good resource for rigs though, maybe try there. If you're using Max, I can recommend this rig (http://www.3dluvr.com/clisk3d/) or if you want to build your own characters, download brad nobles rig, at bradnoble.net

I have a couple of pals that are in Animation Mentor right now. And I can assure you that the rig is not what make their animations awesome! So take any rig that has been done for MAX (I like LowMAX and the newest versions of it from Peter Starostin -you should see his animations) and start animating :)
