Ive seen tons of cartooney looking anims around lately... I can't seem to find any working links or any working tuts on how I would accomplish this tooney look... Could someone help...toss in a link or a brief explaination? Thanks :)

Without dedicated plugins i.e Illustrate/Vecta 3D/Final Render etc it is possible but fiddly. There are tuts at both www.3dluvr.com and www.3dbuzz.com on how to do this using fall off maps.(Sorry don't remember more localised links.) :)

Another really nice way to get toon inking is to copy the model, scale along its normals (use a push modifier) to make it a few millimeters fatter, then flip the normals and add a solid black shader - voilá: instant outlines :)

Combine that with 2-stage shadow/light falloff, and you're set.

I'd go with kandyman's suggestion. That is a perfect effect.
