I really like the colors, especially on her hair.
I'm no expert but i think the nose is a bit two dimensional, it doesn't seem to stick out of the face.

at first sight it doesn't look like that to me (about her nose)
Thnx about my colors... i took a very long time to get the right ones ;)
but if you keep watching it and etc... then it looks like that...
we'll need some more people to decide :P

The nose does look 2 dimensional to me, more than likely because the tip is a more uniform color than the rest of her face--you have the yellowish base and the pinker shading but there's no highlighting to imply that she has a tip of her nose.
It's also bothering me that it looks a little crooked and I would make the nostril a lot bigger.
I'd also like to see you finish up the eyes.. her right eye especially looks extremely flat. She has no lower eyelids and I'd like to see more shading there.
I like how you didn't leave the whites of the eyes completely white, and how the left eye is darker. You did an awesome job working with colors. Her actual eyes are bothering me though, they don't seem round or completely even, the colors and shading on them are completely different, and it looks like the iris of the left eye isn't even in the middle.
Also the color itself seems too unnatural for me.. it looks too purple and unrealistic while the rest of the portrait is clearly aiming for a realistic looking girl with realistic looking colors.
The skin above the lip and to the viewer's right just don't seem detailed enough to me compared to the rest of the picture.. so far you have a lot of detail in the skin and you just lost that completely in that area, which is distracting and does make the picture look a little more 2d than it would.
I love what you've got so far.. it seems really undone but the coloring is beautiful and with a little tweaking and addition of detail to what you've got, I think you'll have an absolutely gorgeous portrait.

...
Well, it's actually ment to be like this, since her face is turned to the right (left for her), her eyes keep watching the direction of the one who's viewing it, so her iris isn't right in the middle of her "eye"

My apologies, I meant to use the word 'pupil' rather than 'iris'.
What I was trying to say is the pupil on the viewer's left side is touching the top of the eyelid. the pupil on the viewer's right is nowhere near that high, and it should be, especially since her face is angled downward.
You're right, as she turns her head, her eyes turn. The iris itself does move, but the pupil does not. The pupils in your picture have moved--the one on the left seems to be looking straight on while the other seems angled downwards in comparison.
I'm sorry if there was any confusion, it was entirely my fault, and I hope I was able to clarify my thoughts a little better for you.

nvm, you corrected yourself, and i didn't see it that both eyes weren't looking in the same direction.
so what i'm going to try to fix:
-Both eyes looking in same direction
-Colour of the skin less "purple"
-Shading under the eyes
-Dodge the tip of the nose to make it look more 3 Dimensional
Update will be here soon

I think some of the features might be a tad bit off, I drew up a quick little templet to give you an idea.

@ExStatic1 (and all the others...:P):
I think you might have mistaken on her chin... (correct me if i'm wrong)
So i tried to make the lines come out with my idea of how her head is turned (blue arrow indicates that her head is turned, and also the chin itself.)

and i'm also not saying my drawing is perfectly anatomic and etc...
but i think you're a bit right, but not completely. :P
i drew my own lines with green and blue...
