This is a cover that I did for the new Voltron comic. Voltron: A Legend Forged, published by Devil's Due. It was modeled in 3ds max, I also used Zbrush and Photoshop for texturing.

Amazing work ... I like the texturing but if I'm not wrong the Sword is the light :).

that's amazing... it looks so cool. and it looks quite cartoon-iness.
i like this style. but i dont know how to say, maybe it looks a little bit strange.haha

what a cool project! I used to watch that cartoon as a kid. I used to love japanimation before it became such a copied and over exposed style. I'm referring to all of the young artists coming up that are even attempting to develop there own style. Anyway, great job man! I love it.

Very cool model. I would've preferred less dirt, but then again voltron is always getting into fights.

Voltron!!! Yes! Your render just floored me, I grew up with an intense passion for this robot and felt that feeling again after looking at your render, Simply beautiful modeling and lighting. The texture is also a point of amazement. looks really battle hardened!!! 5/5!!!

Man, I love it...I had this robot when I was a child...I didnt remember it until I saw your picture¡¡ Suddenly I remembered everything, all the details to assemble the 5 lions together and all the joyfull moments i had playing with it...man¡¡ It was huge¡¡ I love the texture and all the dustbits¡¡¡ Thanks for bringing back my childhood¡¡ ja ja¡¡
