I am trying to create an animation that demonstrates how water molecules interact. I have made the geometry and have them rotating and moving around by using particles but my question is, is there a way to create a "bond" (hydrogen bonding), in other words, a visual link from the Hydrogen to the Oxygen when the molecules (geometry) get close to each other. The visual bond would also need to break when they moved further away from each other. Any ideas?
