hey this looks pretty good!
i love the texture on the wall. i'd almost like to see a lil more contrast in the cracks. and maybe the phone is a lil off with the materials?.
overall.. awesome job man.
Keep up the good work!
This is a great job with materials!
I love seeing images like this created with cinema because many people associate photorealism with only the higher end apps like Maya or Max.
But Cinema is perfectly capable.

My point exactly.
Either this guy is asking for step by step directions on creating this image in cinema, or he's shocked that cinema can achieve this.
Cinema is capable of almost everything that higher end systems are.
It's mostly Maxons renderer that causes difficulties.
You see alot more realistic images made with cinema ever since Vray was released for it.
It's not bundled and automatically bridged to a 3rd party developed PR render engine either.
So yeah, you might have to buy Vray in addition if you want photorealism readily available, but you also buy Mental Ray with Max and Maya just not seperately.
Many people seem to think of Cinema as a fledgling application, or as an almost professional app geared more toward hobbyists.
It's cheaper and more accessible, but it's also expandable with modules that bring not just the price but also the capabilities closer to the higher end systems.

Thanks guys :)
@Exorbit-art: erm, how I modelled it? Well, first I found some reference images, and based upon those I started modelling.. First the horn, then the phonebox, after that little details. This was actually pretty simple, used some spheres for the horn, and a cube for the phonebox :) Offcourse, lots of tweaking, bridging, cutting, etc.
@Dtox:Thanks! Agree with what you said. Cinema is more then capable for creating realistic images and animations as well! I'm not using Vray yet, this is just a GI lighting with an area light. Simple as that :)
Oh, here's a wireframe, for those who are interested.
Cheerio!
