how long did the texturing take you? (from creation of the materials to the actual painting of the model?" is that just paint fx? i'm taking a 3 month intensive training course from the buzz master over at 3dbuzz.com and we havn't gotten to rendering yet.. that looks terrific.

Beautiful textures there Hiko. I think the hair needs a little work though. It looks a little too much like it's just coming straight up out of his head. Can you make some little hairs that are more at the scalp level that aren't sticking straight up? And maybe make the hair a little denser at the scalp level towards the front, looks a little thin.

Could you do a mini tut on the unwrapping/ painting of the face? (or point to a good one) I always have the biggest trouble around the eyes and mouth, really nice job on the textures, and I'm sure lighting rendering will be good as well :)

Maybe some scars or something - he looks tough :drumrock:

T vraiment trop fort. Je débute sous 3DS et j'aimerai bien que tu me files quelques truc pour apprendre. Par exemple, si tu a appris par des tutorials, que tu me files les adresses.
Parce que bon, je modélise un peu (j'ai fait une guitare et un réveil) mais je suis vite limité par la technique alors que j'ai plein d'idées...
Je cherche en particulier des trucs pour la modélisation de persos.

Je compte sur toi, parce que dans toutes les pages, je trouve que t'es le meilleur, surtout au point de vue réalisme de ton perso.

Voila.....Je t'avais deja mis 5 étoiles, mais on ne s'en lasse pas, en revoila 5.

Encore bravo, et merci de m'envoyer un truc.
