View Full Version : Nine Inch Nails-Ghosts Film Festival Entry
AncientMyth 04-18-2008, 11:42 PM Hi all, I would like to share my entry in the Ghosts film festival being put on by the band Nine Inch Nails and hosted by YouTube. The purpose of the festival is to create visuals that accompany a track from the new album. I decided to go with a more abstract techy feel. I used Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash and After Effects. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it!

Very nice!
I really like the idea of NIN with their Ghost festival thingy.
Animation looks slick, but it screams to be viewed in a higher resolution than the youtube poststamp format. ;)

Thanks for the reply izard. The original is was rendered at 1920x1080 so I agree, a lot is lost in the YouTube format.
you should put this up at www.vimeo.com. They do 720p hd, and you can allow users to download the original file if you want.
I'd love to see the 1080p of this.
Really awesome work.

Really nice work :)
I'm a bit of a fan of NiN and it's awesome seeing all these entries for their Ghosts album. Yours is certainly the best I've seen so far.
