Title: Fantasy Pinup
Name: Shay Casey
Country: USA
Software: Illustrator, Photoshop
A Heavy Metal Magazine style fantasy pinup. The piece started out just for fun and practice, but I really liked the attitude of the pose. From there, I spent a lot of time on the henna tattoo and the gear; weapons, bets, clothing, straps, buckles, etc. and finally tried a few different variations for the final lighting and background to come up with this. C&C welcome.

kiboSVK and majunior - Thanks! Yes, I am a huge fan of Luis Royo's work so that is a huge compliment to me. I think it is the primary color scheme of black and white with high key light that makes it look "royo" - well, and it's a hot chic with a lot of weapons and gear ; )
Blackrainbow - Thank you. I have never done this much work to a costume before and I just wanted to give it a try. I'm glad you like it : )
jmBoekestein - Thanks! I actually did the b&w contrast at the very end. Funny thing is I absolutely hated the piece before the final colors. Like ready to throw in the trash kind of hated it. I woke up one morning and realized I had put way too much work into it to toss it. Haha. Thats the great thing about digital!
