View Full Version : Environment- Bull Toad and Slave Frog

Here are some drawings that I have been working on for the Bull Toad character that I designed. Here is a little background info on this guy. The Bull Toad is actually one of many guards for the Frog Lord who resides at the top of the large tower. I haven't designed him yet but I'm guessing I'll get to him soon. Can't decide if I want to make him the large strong menacing type or if I want to make him small and weak, you know he has enough control over the large weak minded ones that no one can mess with him. I kinda like the little guy thing.. what do you think? The little guy is a weak froggie slave. These guys are used to do all of the grunt dirty work. They wouldn't dare get out of line, other wise they'll get pummeled by the big guys. The slave you see is one of the workers that that has the wheel duty. He and about 11 other slaves turn a large wooden wheel that turns a gear that reels a rope in or out that lowers or raises the rope lifts that send the wooden carriages from the smaller islands to the main island. Did that make sense? Well whatever. Well I hope you enjoy the drawings!

That's very nice, I especially like the building on the right, it's simply gorgeous :D :thumbsup:

Magnificent technical skills, you stylized it for a reason I guess. Despite the fact that it looks like a generic concept of a commercial product, it showed your advance skills.

great work....i especially like the guy in the upper left corner and those detailed buildings on the right....just one thing...if i compare those two with the frog in the lower left than he lacks somewhat 'the kick' ...it feels that he's in need of something more; tough i dunno what ;)

The only thing I could say is the slave doesn't look to bothered about being a slave is this intentional?:shrug:

This rocks. I realy dig the big character.

And the buildings on those rocks are nice. I like that you have made a comunication system betwen the rocks...
