Hi there, I am currently working on a new showreel and any feedback would be greatly appreciated:

The main advice i am hoping for is what people think are the weaker works and should be removed. And also which are the stronger works that maybe need longer airtime.

You have some extremely appealing video editing skills, that was pleasing to watch. Personally the only thing that caught my eye was that walk cycle or guy stepping animation near the beginning, it wasn't up to par with the rest of the stuff.
