Hi everybody:
I have a really simple question...im aware of the need to add a gamma correct node in front of textures to de-gamma them so to speak, when using a tonemapper in Maya. Im also aware of the fact that color swatches in materials also have be adjusted by plugging in a a .455 gamma correct node. But what about all other swatches? For example light colors...I did some test renders and the light color which was adjusted with the 0.455 gamma correct node , when rendered, looked more like the color I had originally. Is this correct? WHat about photon color, or any other color swatch for that matter?
Thanks!
