my hard disk not enough space....hope to make all render images as small as i can.... just want to see can maya also can render 2 jpge files in 1 render like LW ..... 1 RGB.jpge and 1 alpha.jpge together in 1 render time.

Can't you use a amall file format like .iff? I know targas can get huge, but the 'iff's' often stay small and managable but retain their alpha channel.

is there a photoshop plugin to read iff's in PS?

yep. you should be able to get it on highend3d or from aliaswavefront
