Here is what I was considering for an entry to Expose. I still have to model the rest of the steering column and render again, but APART from that... is this even close to good enough in you guys' opinion?

This is linked, because it is 3200x2400:

Also, I will refine the texture on the rock, and make it more finely grained to match the scale of the car... if that makes any sense.

Anyway, I would really like to know what people think..

Is that a catroony face I see in the window's reflection?

I think this is a very nice model! I would like to see other angles of it. Half of the resolution you have now would work (if time is a factor).

A couple thoughts: the paint job seems to have some sort of noise/film grain to it -- is this correct? Or were you attempting more of a metal flake look? If so, it needs tweaking...

Also, the tires seem to be low poly (I can see faces I think). And the wheels are coming across too dark. They look like they are supposed to be reflective chrome, but instead are dirty brown. Maybe it is the fault of the environment map you are using? Try using one with a blue/white sky, this will make the wheels shine correctly. Of course, if this is a night shot, that is a different story, but if so you need to fix the lighting on the car, it looks daytime right now.

One other thing -- does this car have windshield wipers? :)

The paint is noisy, but will only at this rez, and it will be fixed. It will have wipers. The rims ARE dark because they are BLACK rims, the finals will be silver. The HDRI IS blue and white, you are simply seeing the one small area that is NOT bright.

Wow I think the floor is awesome, I think the stones may be to far apart though. The car looks even better.
Nice work.
