text effect help

Im working on a trailer for one of my movies and i need help with a a few things. First im trying to do a flash effect behind the text like the one at the beginning of the new indiana jones trailer.

Also trying to do the title effect at the end of the star wars revenge of the sith teaser trailer.

So any help would be appreciated.

No offense, but have you even attempted a web search (or a search of this forum for that matter) for this? It's the same old answer: Trapcode Shine, CC Lightburst, Sapphire Rays or whatever you prefer with some basic animated properties. Not original, not demanding, but everybody loves it (obviously).
