Howdy !
Well there is a pdf that comes with Reactor and contains explanation on how to use the different systems, then it's all tweaking and testing, i don't know of any tutorials on Reactor; but thinking about it i don't know if it'd be that usefull, i mean, there is really nothing more to it than what's in the pdf, in terms of usage of the plug.
As far as cloth go, Reactor does not have (or so people say) the best cloth simulation system around, and you might want to have a look at Simcloth from ChaosGroup (free). The docs actually say that cloth simulation should not be used on models with a higher polycount than 3000 i think (this was also stated in a recent thread).
Finally i'd say you should have a look at this forum's rules prior posting, before an admin tells you to do so : )

Sorry! first time on this site. Thanks for the heads up on the reactor stuff. I would still like to know if there are any good books out there, so if you come across any please give me a heads up. Thanks again.

Reactor book, no I dont think that, there is not much to writie about if you ask me...
Well since Reactor can simulate any "real-world" given situation, i guess a good book or resource would be a physics book : )
There is a physics gearbag (http://www.scubageek.com/geek/) site you could check, and all that you could find that would relate to real world physics simulation.
I'm not aware of any books or tutorials on Reactor particularily, but maybe someone else knows better !

A PDF about Reactor comes with Max. It's rather buried, though, and only mildly helpful.
At the very least, if you find it, it's a start.
search cd for this file:
