Correct me if im wrong in thinking that you are "more done" with the face and head area than with say the lower legs. They look quite a bit more sketchy and blurry than the top part.
Other than that, great buildup of colour and top notch. Did you use a reference and is this a 100% digital work, analog or a mix?

yeah the head area is a lot more complete than the base section...but ill still work some more on it.
i didnt use any reference and its all photoshop 7:)

I love your work, man...
I think you should expand on the background. "Wide open spaces" with glowy electronic stuff sounds pretty fitting!
