THE GOOD:

texture is nice, Head (not face) is an interesting shape, overall look is good (has a warrior look to it), nice detail, has alot of potential,


THE BAD:

wrong proportions, the chest muscle can not possibly be this small, doesn't make sense, more cuts/muscles needed in legs/etc.
eyes are almost at the top of the head, wrong.
torso is too short, ribcage size stays smaller throughout, wrong
deltoid, what deltoids, it's flat (from shoulder to the neck, it has to form an opposibe V shape) it doesn't
arms are too thin from front view, and too short
fingers/hand , it's bigger and thicker than the foot, wrong
there is no side view but it looks like the chest is in the back and the ribcage BELOW it is further out, huh?
change stance (too stiff), no wireframe,

THE UGLY:

face, underwear, try making him scary or serious instead of ugly, the comic look (font) is not appropriate for this character, EVEN IF that's wut u are aiming for, add teeth (sharp ones would be nice), give some weapons (spear, knife, sword) and native clothes

Why does he need weapons? Not all CG characters have to be some kind of violent warrior...

I think he looks really nice, though I agree the legs could use a bit more detail and form.
