Overall she is quite a beautiful woman, although i think that the textured eyebrows really detract from the rest of the image, it looks like you used shagHair or one of those plugins for the hair, why not do the same with the eyebrows?
also the reflection in the eyes is a bit distracting, it seems to dirty and complicated for the current pic, but if the women were in an outdoor scene the reflections would fit well.
the eyebrows and eyelids are striking, very beautiful
finally, i love the prominent cheekbones, its a welcome change from the usual CG women, but on the right side it looks like there is an awkward transition from the cheekbone to the ear, itmay just be the angle though,

Very nice, thwe one thing that sticks out in my head is the eyes. The inside corner of them are pulled down way to much. Also, i think this would help it alot, the yes arnt loking perfectly at the camera, its a hard this to do sometimes, but a tiny fraction off makes a huge difference.
The hair is nice besides the part where it actually meets the head, you might want to make a textured plane, and throw it in there for the smaller hairs that arent doing what she did to the rest of the hair.
Im also not to fond of the jaw sturcture, its very masculan, but not so much so that it looks like a she-male.
Maybe a tad bit more color to the lips as well. All and al good model, but maybe a little tweaking.
crits: I agree with most the other's comments, and also, I think the transition between the lower lip and chin is a bit sharp , and also, she doesn't seem to have any pupils (or they're blue... was this a design descision?) Also her earlobes seem to join unnatrually to her head.
Overall good work tho! ;)

The mesh is more or less right (previous posters pointed out most of the errors), the textures are what's killing you though, not point making a great mesh and then using unconvinving eye/skin and hair textures (the head definitely needs a hair texture map added to it). I'd also pull the cheekbones in a touch, they're a little extreme.
But otherwise great, i can see a lot of potential for a fantastic face if you pull some of these things into line.

I agree with what most of the people are saying. The skin texture looks leathery though, it doesnt have a natural look to it.

I agree with the other posts as well but just to reiterate, 2 things really stand out in the model; one being the inset of the eyes, they are sloping downward a little too unnaturally (unless this was intentional then I can respect that). Also, the earlobe (as stated before) or lack of earlobe, unnaturally just slams into the side of her head, it looks painful! A third thing but maybe it is just me ,but her eyelids seem a little too thin, I am missing some depth there that I believe would give more life to this girl. In a weird way I kind of like the eyebrows because they look penciled in as women often do when they dont like their "wild" eyebrows. Unortunately, it does look like a bad pencil job even if I saw it in the real world but as I said before, that does give her face a little more "real" look. Man am I wordy or what?!
oh and I almost forgot, you must must add some vessels in the eyes, they look way too pearly!
