View Full Version : How to add random keys to a group
Hi, what i want to get is a 'noise' node/ group on top of my skeleton root. The only scripts i can find only randomise existing keys, does anyone know if there are any scripts that will add random keys to this node? Or do i have to use some sort of softbody turbulence thingy (really want to keep things simple if i can). Cheers.

when you say are any scripts that will add random keys to this node? do you mean random frame add a keyframe? Example on frame 1, 8, 23, 26, 27, 40, add a keyframe for the noise?
yea, i want to create random values and random keys (i think its called a noise modifier in Max). Actually i suppose it wouldn't take that long just to make some keys, move them around and copy and paste them, i just assume there is a better way of doing this.
