I just made this today...Drawn with pencil, and scanned 8 times - so you can imagine the way i work step by step.

wow there. When i saw the first sketch i didn't really expect something good. The eyes looked kinda mutilated, but what the hell, it's a sketch. But while loading the rest, i saw the facial expression getting better. At the last image a was astonished!

You've got yourself a real talent. amazing drawing, just the hair could use some work. Really good, keep on drawing!
