the back, thats a shotgun holstered, and yes ill show it to you further down....those holes in the pack are for the two main tools in his pouch that ill have finished tonight... cables run from there down to them....

and the full front shot, hands aren't done, and I think im going to strap a knife to his ankle.. I'll be adding in all the clothing wrinkles after I get it un-wraped at this point, because as I add in edges the UV's update, gotta love XSI!!!!

and finally the gun...its a four shot clip shotgun, only meant for emergency use, so incase he has a disgruntled customer, or something like that....the spent shells are ejected out the top of the gun, with a kick in the chamber so the come out on an angle, not straight up...

and the final image tonight, sorry mods for all the images Im getting some web space very soon!! So when this puppies all textured up the beveled edges will all be scraped up and look worn. Like he's had it for a few years.. Anyways comments are welcomed... Im going to have this model finished up this weekend and onto texturing next week and finally rigging the week after then render and Expose' entry...Yikes sooo much work yet....

Really nice work. I will definetly follow this character!
There is something about the lower legs that doesn't fit to me. I beleive they are to far forward. The head down through the thighs have a reall nice forward backward balance counterbalance to them (did I say that correctly?) while the shins and knees seem to come forward past the thighs.
Perhaps we could see a profile of the body?

it looks really good except that he'll have trouble pushing that trigger if the handle on the gun will have that angle..

Wesware your right about the lower legs looking off, it's cause he has really thick ankles/lowerlegs cause they are suppose to form into thick feet, kinda like elephant feet...but I may have to work on that a little more...

Abbegon the gun is more angled then a normal one yes, but he can still pull the trigger, I've tested it, but its not a trigger you would want to be using constantly, thats why its kinda a back up gun, just incase...

WAAA!!! Hadn't seen this one...I LOVE it..:thumbsup:.Great peice of modeling here spirit2029 . Keep going like this its looking really great! I agree with the comment about the lower leg looking a bit off, perhapes you could add a few more design elements to that part to balance it out. All in All, I really like this peice and hope to see it textured!! Cheers to you!!
