View Full Version : How to use Spline on Spline?
sismik 04-07-2008, 06:11 PM Hi guys
I feel a little bit stupid right now but I would like to know how to use Spline on Spline ? I want to make a spline grow with smaller spline emerging from the first one.
Thanks a lot

I second this request. i downloaded the plug, didn't spend much time with it, but would love to have some more insight with it.

Sorry guys I think you have something different in mind than SOS does. It is not a tree plugin. It is a basic spline operator. It's needed to accomplish Xpressions and TP setups that are not possible without it. This plug does nothing but creating a subspline (a portion of the spline) of an original spline. Wich portion it takes can be set by the parameters. Nothing more, nothing less. Well, some variation is in there too, yes ;-)
If you want to do branching structures you have to add a little Expresso, TP or manual work.
cheers mnu

Yeah, I know that much, thanks. I am looking for examples/knowledge of the plug in. I imagine it's great for creating all of those flourishes that grow etc. but look 2D.
