CGTalk - Newbie Question

Hi guys,

I have a newbie question that I hope you guys could help me out. I have modeled a pair of gloves which I have divided into seperate sub-tools. Soon enough I realize that I couldn't paint them together at the same time anymore. Is there a way that I could merge the 2 gloves into a same sub-tool? Or is there a way to mirror the geometry like in maya?

Clone one of the gloves and use geometry->'insert mesh' on the other glove, select the clone from the list. And you will have one subtool with both gloves (delete the extra one too). Do the insert while both meshes are at the same subD level.
