sweet :bounce:

:buttrock: :buttrock:

the one thing that I caught is that the tires are looking more like a soft plastic and less like rubber

What car is this? I haven't seen this model of car before.

Did you do this in poly's or nurbs?

Oh did you model the whole interior?

Post the wires.

Also is there anything you would suggest to do when modeling a car . . . I am gonna model 1969 Mustang Mach 1 during my freetime in the summer and i would really appreciate any sort of pointers.

Nice job I like it. :D

Thanks for the feedback Joel:) The car was draw per polygon, metanurbed, then frozen. Vertibevel was then used to cut the car into panels and add the edge bevelling, windows etc. Its a friends car, so getting reference photos was pretty easy:D
Yep the whole interior was modelled ( in that its a solid airtight shape), but the dials, and radios are a photo texture.

the only thing I would suggest before you start a car model, is to make sure youve got as much reference as possible for whatever car you go for. The top, side, front blueprints obviously, as many photos as possible of the car, and close ups of details such as locks, wheels, mirrors always come in handy. Ive started car models before only to get to a part of the model I didnt have enough information to make it acurately.
