Title: Dealing Death
Name: Alan Lathwell
Country: United Kingdom
Software: Painter

Illustration done for ImagineFX magazine to celebrate Frank Frazetta's 80th birthday. I tried to pack as much energy into the picture as possible and chose to portray the iconic Death Dealer doing what he does best!
All done in Painter.

Hi. I really like the sense of movement you've created with the angled horizon and the flow of the lines. Very interesting contrast and use of warm and cool colors too! Very nice work!

I like it, great technique, the only crit i have is - your Death Dealer is too skinny, he needs more muscles, though. :) 4*
