I have been experimenting with cloth and have had some quite good results, but during the setup of a character , in order to keep the file size and clutter down I did this "delete==>all by type==>History."
Result, cloth reverted to a normal poly object.
So I have a couple of questions .
Does cloth ,as indicated above, depend on history being intact during its creation and editing ?
What is the best workflow for cloth , should I create garments then save them separate from the character, then import them into a scene later during animation ( this is what I am doing presently) or Model them directly with each character and leave it intact during a scenes creation?
Any advice or tips or tricks on using cloth would be appreciated .
