CGTalk - Glu 3D Demo Install

I'm running Vista 64 and 3ds Max 9 32. I can't seem to get the Glu 3D demo to work. When I manually placed the .dlo's in the plugin folder they failed to run with one telling me I had the wrong version of the plugin for my version of Max. I checked their site and there's just no documentation on installation problems.
