well the first thing that came to my attention was the for head. i would make it a lttle higher up or someting. and also the eyes to me look a little big. and also i would look at the bottom of the nose where the nostrills conect. i dont know somehting about them looks off. anyways i hope this helps some

Ears are a little thin, and always remember that the eyes are always located in the center of the head with respect to vertical. She needs more room for her brains. The nose is a little strange, I think her nostrils are way too big. And back to the ear, bring her ears down just a little. I am not too familiar with elfish ears but human ears generally start somewhere eye level and end usually between the nose and upper lip. Just some suggestions to help along the way.
