Hi,

i have a Particle instancer replacement problem. i created a poly (pivot is centered) and a volume emitter. i changed the particles from points to spheres.

When i go to Particle--> Instancer (Replacement) it "replaces" the spheres with the poly but the pivot is attached at the top of the sphere. i want the pivot to be in the center of the sphere, not at the top. (i am trying to rotate the instancer replacement and because the pivot is at the top, it isn't rotating correctly).

any suggestions? thanks.

hi

the poly object you have initially linked to the instancer has its pivot centered ?? as far as i know, once you plug the objects into instancer, their pivots etc are stored and used. So one way cud be you adjust the poly 's pivot (center pivot it) and try. If it doesnt update your instancer pivots, you might try redoing the instancer?
